How to Use Process Manager Tools

When you want to process concurrent/report which are available, You can use Process Manager On the Tools menu by following the following steps :

1. On the Menu Tools → Select Process Manager.

2. Click the button New to create a process manager.

3. Fill in the section Process Manager with a name parameter concurrent/report which will be processed.

4. If you have chosen concurrent/report who wants to be processed, then the next step is isi parameter on concurrent/report it is in accordance with the output results you need.

1	Name	Enter no concurrent/report who wants to be processed.
2	Company	Enter Company the report will be processed, in the form of LOV.
3	Organization Level	Enter Organization Level the report will be processed, in the form of LOV.
4	Organization	Enter organization the report will be processed, in the form of LOV.
5	Job Family	Enter Job Family the report will be processed, in the form of LOV.
6	Job	Enter Job the report will be processed, in the form of LOV.
7	Termination Date	Enter the end of the service period If you have become a former employee.
8	Location Group	Enter Work group location the report will be processed, in the form of LOV.
9	Location	Enter work location the report will be processed, in the form of LOV.
10	Position Level	Enter Position Level the report will be processed, in the form of LOV.
11	Employee	Enter employee name the report wants to be processed.
12	Manager	Enter nama Manager the employee.
14	Hire Date	Enter the initial date of employee entry to the company.
14	Year	Enter year the report will be processed.
15	Print Date	Enter print date output report.

5. If all parameters request concurrent/report already you enter, then the final step is to do it save with a click button “Submit” At the very bottom of the Process Manager page.

6. If you want to men-download results concurrent/report which has been processed, You can click the button “Download” In the section "Action” on the initial process manager.

Before you men-download results output, Make sure the section “Status” has changed to “Completed”.
