How to Create an Employee Questionnaire Template

When you want membuat Template yang berisi kumpulan pertanyaan untuk keperluan kuesioner karyawan, You can make it by following these steps :

  1. On the Menu Questionnaire → Select Template.
  1. Click the button Create untuk mendaftarkan Template pada menu Questionnaire.
  1. Fill in the section General with the type of template you want to display.

🔥IMPORTANT! It's worth paying attention to if you want fill in the General section, make sure Eligibility Profiles pada menu Questionnaire has been made first.

  1. In part Sections, click the button “Add”, dan lanjutkan dengan mengisi data Section untuk Template yang akan digunakan oleh perusahaan.

• Click No, jika urutan tampilan pilihan jawaban Section tidak di acak by system.

Do save with a click button “Save Changes” pada bagian Template Sections terlebih dahulu, then continue by filling in the rest of the template data.

  1. If you have entered all the template information, then the final step is to do it save with a click button “Submit” at the very bottom of the Template page.
