When you want membuat Template yang berisi kumpulan pertanyaan untuk keperluan kuesioner karyawan, You can make it by following these steps :
- On the Menu Questionnaire → Select Template.
- Click the button Create untuk mendaftarkan Template pada menu Questionnaire.
- Fill in the section General with the type of template you want to display.
🔥IMPORTANT! It's worth paying attention to if you want fill in the General section, make sure Eligibility Profiles pada menu Questionnaire has been made first.

- In part Sections, click the button “Add”, dan lanjutkan dengan mengisi data Section untuk Template yang akan digunakan oleh perusahaan.
🔥IMPORTANT! It's worth paying attention to if you want mengisi bagian Template Sections, make sure Section pada menu Questionnaire has been made first.

Do save with a click button “Save Changes” pada bagian Template Sections terlebih dahulu, then continue by filling in the rest of the template data.
- If you have entered all the template information, then the final step is to do it save with a click button “Submit” at the very bottom of the Template page.
