Pengelompokan penilaian Performance karyawan dapat dibuat dengan Section pada Menu Performance, kemudian macam-macam keahlian tersebut dapat dibuat dengan Item pada Menu Performance, dan untuk kategori keahlian tersebut dapat dibuat dengan Item Category pada Menu Performance.

1. How to Membuat Item Category.
- On the Menu Performance→ Select Item Category.
- Click the button New untuk mendaftarkan Item Category pada menu Performance.
- In part General, isi dengan nama Item Category yang ingin ditampilkan.

- On the Menu Performance → Select Item.
- Click the button New untuk mendaftarkan Item pada menu Performance.
- In part General, isi dengan jenis Item yang ingin ditampilkan.

5 | Allow Feedback | • Click Yes, jika ingin menerima feedback karyawan. • Click No, jika tidak ingin menerima feedback karyawan. |
6 | Item Category | Dikelompokan dengan Item Category which has been made. |

3. How to Create Sections.

- Click the button New untuk mendaftarkan Section pada menu Performance.
- In part General, isi with the type of section you want to display.

3 | Type | Enter status employee, example: Contract, Internship, Permanent, Probation, and others, in the form of LOV. |
4 | Active | • Click Yes, if the Section is still active and processed in system. • Click No, if Section is already not active, then the data will be automatic lost in another menu. |
5 | Populated | • Click Yes, jika Section tersebut terpopulasi. • Click No, jika Section tidak terpopulasi. |
- In part Item, click the button “Add”, dan lanjutkan dengan mengisi data Item untuk Section yang akan digunakan oleh perusahaan.

1 | Active | • Click Yes, jika Rating Detail tersebut masih active and processed in system. • Click No, jika Rating Detail tersebut sudah not active, maka Rating Detail akan otomatis lost in another menu. |

3 | Sequence No. | Filled with order of weights/values which will appear in that type of Section. |
4 | Weight | Filled with weight/value dari Item tersebut. |
Do save with a click button “Save Changes” pada bagian Rating Detail terlebih dahulu, then continue by filling in the complete data for the other sections.
- If you have entered all the Section information, then the final step is to do it save with a click button “Submit” at the very bottom of the Section page.
