How to Group Employee Performance Assessments

If you want membuat pengelompokan penilaian dari Performance employees into the system, You must membuat macam-macam keahlian karyawan dan kategori macam-macam keahlian said first.

Pengelompokan penilaian Performance karyawan dapat dibuat dengan Section pada Menu Performance, kemudian macam-macam keahlian tersebut dapat dibuat dengan Item pada Menu Performance, dan untuk kategori keahlian tersebut dapat dibuat dengan Item Category pada Menu Performance.

1. How to Membuat Item Category.

  1. On the Menu Performance→ Select Item Category.
  1. Click the button New untuk mendaftarkan Item Category pada menu Performance.
  1. In part General, isi dengan nama Item Category yang ingin ditampilkan.

3Active• Click Yes, jika Item Category tersebut masih active and processed in system.
• Click No, jika Item Category sudah not active, then the data will be automatic lost in another menu.
  1. Jika semua informasi Item Category sudah Anda masukkan, then the final step is to do it save with a click button “Submit” pada bagian paling bawah halaman Item Category.

2. How to Membuat Item.

  1. On the Menu Performance → Select Item.
  1. Click the button New untuk mendaftarkan Item pada menu Performance.
  1. In part General, isi dengan jenis Item yang ingin ditampilkan.

• Click No, jika tidak ingin menerima feedback karyawan.
6Item CategoryDikelompokan dengan Item Category which has been made.
  1. Jika semua informasi Item sudah Anda masukkan, then the final step is to do it save with a click button “Submit” pada bagian paling bawah halaman Item.

3. How to Create Sections.

  1. On the Menu Performance → Select Section.
  1. Click the button New untuk mendaftarkan Section pada menu Performance.
  1. In part General, isi with the type of section you want to display.

3TypeEnter status employee, example: Contract, Internship, Permanent, Probation, and others, in the form of LOV.
4Active• Click Yes, if the Section is still active and processed in system.
• Click No, if Section is already not active, then the data will be automatic lost in another menu.
5Populated• Click Yes, jika Section tersebut terpopulasi.
• Click No, jika Section tidak terpopulasi.
  1. In part Item, click the button “Add”, dan lanjutkan dengan mengisi data Item untuk Section yang akan digunakan oleh perusahaan.

1Active• Click Yes, jika Rating Detail tersebut masih active and processed in system.
• Click No, jika Rating Detail tersebut sudah not active, maka Rating Detail akan otomatis lost in another menu.
2ItemFilled with Item yang sesuai dengan Section yang akan ditunjukan ke karyawan.
3Sequence No.Filled with order of weights/values which will appear in that type of Section.
4WeightFilled with weight/value dari Item tersebut.

Do save with a click button “Save Changes” pada bagian Rating Detail terlebih dahulu, then continue by filling in the complete data for the other sections.

  1. If you have entered all the Section information, then the final step is to do it save with a click button “Submit” at the very bottom of the Section page.
