How to Group Employees for Performance Data Needs

Performance pada aplikasi StarConnect melalui Web berisi tentang data berupa work results in quality and quantity that will be achieved by employees in carrying out their duties.

When you want to do pengelompokan karyawan/user untuk keperluan data Performance, You can register by following the steps below :

  1. On the Menu Performance → Select Eligibility Profiles.
  1. Click the button New untuk mendaftarkan Eligibility Profiles pada menu Performance.
  1. Fill in the section General dengan Eligibility Profiles yang ingin ditampilkan.

3Active• Click Yes, jika Eligibility Profiles tersebut masih active and processed in system.
• Click No, jika Eligibility Profiles tersebut sudah not active, maka nama Eligibility Profiles akan otomatis lost in another menu.
  1. In part Criteria, click the button “Add”, dan lanjutkan dengan mengisi data pengelompokan karyawan untuk Performance sesuai dengan kriterianya.

5Location GroupFilled with group location employee work, in the form of LOV.
6Job FamilyFilled with Job Family employee, in the form of LOV.
7Organization LevelFilled with level organization where the employee is placed, in the form of LOV.
8Position LevelFilled with level position employee, in the form of LOV.
9GradeFilled with Grade employee, in the form of LOV.
10Employment TypeFilled with contract type employee, in the form of LOV.
11GenderFilled with gender employee, in the form of LOV.
12ReligionFilled with religion employee, in the form of LOV.
13CompanyFilled with Company employee, in the form of LOV.
14LocationFilled with work location employee, in the form of LOV.
15JobFilled with job employee, in the form of LOV.
16OrganizationFilled with organization where the employee is placed, in the form of LOV.
17PositionFilled with position employee, in the form of LOV.
18Length of ServicesDiisi jika Performance tersebut hanya diberlakukan untuk karyawan dengan masa kerja tertentu, in the form of LOV.
19PayrollFilled with Payroll group employee, in the form of LOV.

Do save with a click button “Save Changes” in the detailed Criteria section first, then continue by filling in the other complete Eligibility Profiles data.

  1. If you have entered all the Eligibility Profiles information, then the final step is to do it save with a click button “Submit” at the very bottom of the Eligibility Profiles page.
