My Team Career is a menu you can use for see the assessment that has been done or see the team members' job qualifications you. To access the My Team Career menu, then you can follow the following steps :
1. Click the button More in part Quick Access Of main page application.
2. The contents of the More menu and sections will be displayed My Team, click the button My Team.
3. On halaman My Team, choose team members, click ikon “Career”.
📝Notes
– The blue box in the picture is a button to see the employee's subordinates as much as possible 2 the existing levels and numbers indicate the number of subordinates of these employees
– The exclamation mark on the career icon will appear when the employee has a job qualification that is still not in accordance with/gap
4. After successfully opening the Career page, will first display the qualification tab that contains job qualifications from the employee.

5. You can also open the assessment tab containing questions along with the competency assessment answers that exist in the employee.
