Submission of Performance is a menu that you can use for do an assessment performance appraisal which you can use during the assessment period. The following is a glimpse of an explanation of my performance :

To submit performance, You can follow the following steps :
- On main page application, click menu Performance.
- The following is the MY Performance menu display. you can click on the button to open the results page survey work colleague to performance related.
- For fill in performance, Click the box performance that you want to fill.
- Fill the whole appraisal.
- you can click on the button to open the goal page regarding related assessments.
- When you have already filled out the entire assessment, click “Next”.
- On the last page, will be displayed the calculation results for filling out the assessment that you filled in the previous page.
- When you are already confident with your answer, click “Submit”.
- Submission of your my performance submitted successfully.
