My Team Performance is a menu that you can use for see the page self-evaluation which has been filled by team members you. To access the My Team Performance menu, then you can follow the following steps :
- On Menu Bar, click “My Team”.
- On halaman My Team, choose team members, click ikon “Performance”.
- Choose period performance. You can too looking for a period performance by searching for periods performance through search bar.
- The My Team Performance page will have a display like the following.
- On tab Goals, you can see rating/appraisal for each goals which has been determined to your team members, then click the button “Next” At the bottom of the page to go to the next page.
- On tab Competencies, you can see rating/appraisal for the competencies possessed by your team members. At the bottom of the page, You can click the button “Previous” for Back to the previous page, or button “Next” for continue to the next page.
- On tab Summary, you can see the final results of the assessment performance and comments your team members regarding their own performance. At the bottom of the page, You can click the button “Previous” for Back to the previous page, or button “Submit” to for save change.
