If you want mendaftarkan target atau tujuan yang akan dicapai oleh perusahaan ke dalam system, You must membuat jenis pengelompokan karyawan untuk tipe target said first.

1. How to Create Eligibility Profiles.

  1. On the Menu Goal → Select Eligibility Profiles.

  1. In part Outcomes, click the button “Add”, dan lanjutkan dengan mengisi data kompetensi dari Goal yang telah ditetapkan tersebut.

🔥IMPORTANT! It's worth paying attention to if you want menambahkan Outcomes pada suatu Goal, make sure Competency in the Performance menu has been made first.
