If you want create competence department into system, You must create competency groupings said first. The grouping is divided into groupings based on competency levels and based on competency categories.
Grouping job competencies based on level can be made with Rating Model on the Competency Menu, then grouping job competencies based on category can be made with Competency Category on the Competency Menu, and for list of competencies Based on these groupings can be made using Competencies on the Competency Menu.

1. How to Create a Rating Model.
- On the Menu Competency → Select Rating Model.

- Click the button New to register the Rating Model in the Competency menu.

- In part General, isi with the type of Rating Model you want to display.

Do save with a click button “Save Changes” in the detailed rating section first, then continue by filling in the other complete Rating Model data.
- In part Rating Distribution, click the button “Add”, and continue by filling in the Rating Model data that will be distributed by the company.

2. How to Create a Competency Category.
- On the Menu Competency → Select Competency Category.

- Click the button New to register the Competency Category on the Competency menu.

- In part General, isi with the name of the Competency Category you want to display.

3. How to Create Competencies.
🔥IMPORTANT! It's worth paying attention to if you want create a list of job competencies, make sure Competency Category And Rating Model On the Competency menu has been made first.
- On the Menu Competency → Select Competencies.

- Click the button New to register Competencies on the Competency menu.

- In part General, isi with the Competencies data you want to display.
