How to Disable Fingerprint on the StarConnect Mobile Application

When you want deactivate Fingerprint ID, then you can follow the following steps :

1. Login into your StarConnect account.
2. On main page of the application, click ikon Setting Profile.

3. On Profile Settings page, press the button toggle in part Activate Fingerprint.

4. On Pop-up confirmation, click “OK”, And fingerprint will be disabled.

📝Notes When you have disabled access for Fingerprint,
To reactivate it you are required to repeat the registration stage Fingerprint via the application Login page.
